This story was born from graffiti seen in Los Angeles. Though not deeply thought out, it leaves a subtle impression. It’s a relaxed 4-panel comic about a ghost boy and girl.

So, how was it? I’d be happy if everyone enjoyed it!

Character Introduction

Oz

A ghost boy. Born from inspiration found in Los Angeles graffiti, he is the protagonist of this story. Easygoing and loves music.

Lou

A ghost girl. The heroine who goes to various places with Oz. A bit headstrong, and loves cooking though unfortunately not very skilled at it. She also loves fashion, but since she’s a ghost, there aren’t many clothes that suit her. Her treasure is a rabbit plush toy named Mimi.

Kumanoko

A bear plush toy with a slightly melancholic air. The fact that it can move is unknown to Oz and Lou. Through training, it has become able to emit weak Wi-Fi signals.

Mimi

A rabbit plush toy that is Lou’s treasure. Has a girly personality and tends to panic and fret. Currently concerned about dieting. However, she is super skilled at making sweets.

Wi-fi

An electronic device true to its name. Sarcastic, but actually a good guy who cares about his friends. His trademark red shoes can be retracted.

Spirituality-chan

A somewhat spiritual girl. 16 years old. Met a spiritual book in elementary school and became a fan. Her favorite food is tropical parfait. She is also drawn to quantum mechanics.

ABOUT

This story began when I was inspired by graffiti I saw in Los Angeles long ago. Admiring Snoopy, whom I loved, I secretly aim for stories with beautiful colors and natural simplicity.

Since the two are a ghost boy and girl, I titled it “Friendly Ghost.” Living beside the boy Oz and girl Lou is Kumanoko, a bear plush toy. Mimi, a rabbit plush toy that Lou fell in love with at first sight. And the Wi-Fi in their home. I’d be happy if you enjoy their small stories.
